Horsetail is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a diuretic for mild irritations of the urinary tract.

• Helps promote bone health. Horsetail contains high amounts of silica, a mineral essential for strong bones. In an Italian study, women with osteoporosis were observed to have increased bone density after a year of horsetail supplementation

Dosage:
